The key is  5 HTP, a naturally occurring amino acid which sooths and relaxes the nervous system, mixed with Valerian, a plant extract, to support a restful night's sleep. PM Relax & Sleep* can also be taken during the day to support the body during times of anxiety and stress, returning you to a sense of calmness and focus.

Dosage:
